Dear Deadwood Community,
We are exploring the possibility of buying property in or near Deadwood. One of us is Tom Clunie, D.C. He is a holistic chiropractor in his 70s with 40 years of experience. He specializes in Applied Kinesiology and would have a small home office in our new location. I am still working as a book editor, and I am also a spiritual medium and do clairvoyant readings and energy healing. We had a long career as folk musicians and Tom plays the banjo whenever he can. So we are semi-retired and we feel we have a lot to offer a community like Deadwood. You could say we come from the hippie generation of the 60s and 70s. We don't have a lot of money, but we hope we have enough to buy something in your area.
We have been highly impacted by the proliferation of microwave (wi-fi) technology and long to be in a place where we can "breathe" again. Here in Ashland, where we live now, they have just turned on the 5G cellphone service and it is intolerable. This is not the way we intended to spend our "Golden Years!" We are currently living in a completely microwave-shielded mobile home, located on Bear Creek. We would be selling it and/or it could be a partial trade if someone in Deadwood wants to move to Ashland.
I will be visiting your area in a couple of weeks, as soon as it's warm enough to camp and sleep in my van.
