Looking for short term- possibly long term rental

Are your friends still looking for a rental? I have home here in Deadwood, I've been thinking about renting out the other half. Fully set up with its own kitchen and bathroom. Still some work to be done on getting it ready to go. Let me know if they might be interested. Sue
